regular foods you enjoy, just try adding in some healthy things here and

- Next time you're in the shower, crank up your favorite music and jam. Nothing is better then getting your blood pumping.

- Go swimming! Who doesn't love the water.
- Get more active with your pets or buy a dog. A great partner!
